Donor-to-Donor Consistency of Key Sensory Neuron Ion Channels

Sensory neurons were thawed at 20K neurons/cm2 and matured in Senso-MM for a week. A) All donor hiPSC-derived sensory neurons show high purity without the need for mitomycin C treatment and express key DRG-specific ion channel markers NaV1.7, NaV1.8, and TRPV1. B) qPCR shows consistent levels of gene expression across donor lines and differences to primary human DRG.
