Moto-DM is a human pluripotent stem cell differentiation (hiPSC) kit that allows researchers to rapidly manufacture motor neurons at the scale. Suitable for pharmaceutical companies and academic labs with their own wild-type and disease hiPSC lines, this differentiation media provides the ability for ALS, CMT, and neuromuscular disease modeling. Anatomic's breakthrough in producing ectoderm from hiPSCs within 24 hours provides near-immediate access to engineering neuron diversity unique to the nervous system. Moto-DM builds upon these findings to produce a highly pure population of immature motor neurons within only seven days.
